        This is our base plan that includes residential tenant property removal for the first two hours. Eviction Services of Columbus GA will remove all tenant property, photograph any outstanding damage and contact towing if tenant has an vehicle on site that needs to be removed. We have a lead person in place at all evictions to make sure that the eviction is moving as quickly as possible. Most evictions are completed within the first two hours. Any eviction that goes over two hours will  be charged at $75 per half hour. We welcome landlords, property managers or property owners to be present during any of our evictions. Cleaning-Level One                Pricing based on size and condition of the property
        This service is done to prepare the property for repairs or painting. We will remove all loose debris, sweep, vacuum, remove food from refrigerators, mop all floors and wipe down walls. This service is not suitable for showing the property to prospective renters. Does not include the cleaning of stoves, ovens, refrigerators or shampoo of carpet.

        Final cleaning for tenant move-in or showing the property to prospective tenants.
